Who we are
MergedLink (mergel.ink and mergedlink.com) is a free link in bio service. This policy covers the website and public profile pages.
What we collect
If you sign in with Google or X, we store the account identifier, display name, and email the provider shares. You choose a handle and may upload a portrait and banner, plus the text and URLs on your page. We count page views and link clicks. Operator tips record the amount and method (Stripe or Bitcoin), not a payment card number. Stripe processes card charges and optional Pro subscriptions on its own pages.
How we use it
To run your page, show it to visitors, keep premium unlocks, measure traffic, take optional tips, run Pro billing, and keep the service free with advertising. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising
Public pages display a labeled advertisement. We may use Google AdSense. Those partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including based on your activity on this site and others. You can opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings and industry tools such as aboutads.info/choices. Disabling ads does not remove the labeled ad slot. Rewarded unlocks require ads to play.
Cookies
We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. Advertising partners may use their own cookies as described above. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout page.
Retention and control
Profile content stays until you delete it or close the account. You can unpublish a page at any time. To request deletion of an account and stored media, contact the operator through the tip bar on this site.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for a child.
